Clinicas sues Gold Coast Health, alleging loss of 20K patients

Ventura County’s largest system of nonprofit health clinics is suing the entity that oversees the county’s Medi-Cal dollars, alleging that a breach of two contracts caused the clinics to lose 20,000 patients and at least $74,600 per month.
