The owners of the popular downtown San Luis Obispo restaurant Oasis filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Aug. 4. Abdelkrim Benbrahim and Chantale L. Benbrahim cited $167,075 in assets and $884,917 in liabilities. The owners could not be reached for comment.
