Dee Dee Cavanaugh is a senior vice president at Banc of California, where she serves as the regional administrator overseeing branch operations for all of Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, the Central Valley and the Northern Los Angeles area. In 2024, she was an essential member of the team that converted 20,000 clients and 55,000 accounts to a common banking platform, following Pacific Western Bank’s merger with Banc of California. Cavanaugh also helped coordinate the conversion of several Pacific Western Bank branches to Banc of California, across Ventura County and Northern Los Angeles.

Cavanaugh has been serving as Mayor for the City of Simi Valley since Jan. 27, 2025. She previously was on the Board of Directors for Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District and was a member of the Small Business Advisory Committee and the Tree Advisory Committee for the City of Simi Valley.
