Teledyne scores $18.8M

Thousand Oaks-based tech conglomerate Teledyne Technologies has scored an $18.8 million contract with the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency.

Under the agency’s terahertz electronics program, a Teledyne subsidiary will work to advance transistor technology, circuit design and circuit packaging. The first phase of the deal is valued at $8.3 million over two years, and the whole contract could be worth $18.8 million through 2014.
