Getting centered: Holistic Healing Center expands in Ventura
The Holistic Healing Center in Ventura has a new home, a place where its founder hopes to bring alternative health and traditional Western medical practices together under one roof.
The center recently moved from its 2,000-square-foot location behind Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura to a 3,500-square-foot, custom-engineered space in the City Center complex on Ralston Street. Acupuncturist and healing center founder and CEO Lisa Wong said the new spot allows for her practice to become a more comprehensive center — a one-stop shop for all things well-being-related.
In fact, she’s positioning her center as the West Ventura County equivalent of the California Health & Longevity Institute at the Four Seasons Westlake Village — a swanky facility that also focuses on wellness and nutrition education, along with specific therapies.
