  1. Yvon also has an on-site child care center, let me quote Yvon “For every woman who does not leave our workforce when she has a baby, we save $50,000”. YOU HAVE TO LOVE THAT MAN – HE GETS IT!

Nationwide only 5% of child care center capacity is for infants and toddlers. Our governments solution to this problem, licensed family child care homes is failing miserably. You can learn more about that visit the National Association of Resource & Referral Agency’s site & get their latest report called “Leaving Childcare to Chance”.

The solution is actually not on-site child care – The solution is for business & government to come together to bring near-site, non profit, true workforce solution child care centers to serve their workforce.

We are heading on a severe shortage of employees with skills in math, science & engineering and yet we are not developing 50% of our workforce. Let me quote Sheryl Sandberg, COO Facebook in her TED speach she talks about women stopping putting their hand up the minute they have a baby.

ARE YOU READY TO CHANGE THIS PICTURE?
