A Santa Barbara County resident has filed a suit against the Board of Equalization seeking relief from $2.2 million in unpaid taxes and resulting penalties on marijuana sales. The suit, filed by Patrick Fourmy in Santa Barbara County Superior Court on April 15, states the BOE is seeking about $2.2 million from Fourmy as well…
