Semtech adds Li to board of directors
Semtech, a Camarillo-based supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, announced Feb. 29 that its board of directors has appointed Ye Jane Li as its newest director, effective Feb. 25.
Li has been a strategic advisor to Diversis Capital, LLC, a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies, since 2013. Li was the chief operating officer for Huawei Enterprise USA from 2012 to 2015. She also worked for Huawei Symantec USA, The Gores Group, Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, Neophotonics, Novalux and Corning.
Li received her bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and a master’s degree in electronics engineering from Zhejiang University and a master’s degree in communications and development from Ohio University.
