Yardi Leasing Space at The Collection
Yardi Systems, a Santa Barbara-based company that develops software and apps for small and large real estate managers, will open an office at The Collection in Oxnard.
Yardi Systems employs about 4,800 employees worldwide. Yardi will lease 28,887 square feet of space on Park View Court in Oxnard occupying two floors in the building.
“The decision to make The Collection our newest office was an easy one. It’s a hip space offering something for each of our employees,” said Gordon Morrell, Yardi Systems executive vice president, in a news release. “We were impressed with what the management team had to offer. We really are looking forward to moving into our new offices.”
When it expands into the new offices, Yardi Systems will not leave its 430 S Fairview Avenue in Santa Barbara.
Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties owns The Collection and said in a news release it is excited Yardi is moving in.
“We are extremely excited that Yardi has decided to join us here,” said Andres Friedman, vice president of acquisitions and development at Shea Properties.
