Atara Biotherapeutics moving research division to Thousand Oaks
Atara Biotherapeutics will move its research and development division from Westlake Village to Thousand Oaks, the company said in a news release.
The company plans to occupy 91,000 square feet at the yet-to-be-constructed Conejo Spectrum Business Park off of Lawrence Drive and Conejo Spectrum Street.
The Sares-Regis Group bought 29 acres of land at the business park to build more than 500,000 square feet of industrial space across nine buildings.
Atara has developed cellular therapies to combat diseases since 2012. Its Westlake facility is at 4360 Park Terrace Drive.
