Pacifica Hotels adds SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero
Pacifica Hotels added another Central Coast location to its roster, bringing the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero under its management.
Pacifica owns and operates 30 properties, including SpringHill Suites and the recent acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn in Kauai, Hawaii, and the Atascadero site is its 15th on the Central Coast. The property is the first California partnership between new ownership Chosun Refractories and Pacifica.
“The addition of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero to our collection is a meaningful development,” Pacifica Chief Operating Officer Todd Moreau said in a news release. “With a deep understanding of the region including nearby Cambria, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo, we bring to SpringHill Suites a wealth of experience, and look forward to both expanding their guest base and strengthening operational capabilities.”
In addition to the Union & Vine restaurant, the hotel features 130 guest suites, an outdoor pool, fitness center and around 5,000 square feet of event space at 900 El Camino Real in Atascadero.
