Roads damaged by Montecito debris flow to be restored

The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors announced Feb. 11 that it will dedicate $10.1 million toward restoring long haul routes and roads in and around Montecito that were damaged in the Jan. 9, 2018 flash flood and debris flow and emergency response.
