Santa Barbara landscaping company makes acquisition
Santa Barbara-based Cut & Clean Landscape Services, one of the largest commercial landscape maintenance companies in the region, has acquired Lompoc-based Miller Landscaping, the company announced Oct. 6.
“We are always looking for great companies led by great people,” Nkosi Khumalo, the CEO of Cut & Clean Landscape Services, said in a press release. “This second acquisition in Santa Barbara county strengthens our presence in a growing market and positions us to elevate service quality across the tri-counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.”
Cut & Clean Landscape Services services commercial and residential properties in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, including HOAs, office parks, and the Vandenberg Space Force Base.
Miller Landscaping was founded in 1982 by husband-and-wife team Randy and Barbara Miller. “We are glad we chose a local company that has a great reputation when it comes to customer service in the commercial landscape space, making the transition easier,” Randy said.
