Caltrans bike funds

Caltrans has awarded community-based transportation planning grants to Buellton and Grover Beach  to create master plans for bikeways and trails.   Buellton received $100,000. Its plan will include a series of interactive public meetings and workshops to integrate the community’s priorities.
