Expanded Executive Leadership Anchors DHD’s Continued Growth
DHD, a value-added reseller of IT hardware, services, and maintenance, has appointed Holger Peters as
its new Chief Operating Officer and VP of Sales. Peters, a seasoned IT industry veteran with a robust

leading North American Sales and Global Sales Operations.
After leaving Curvature, Peters served as National Sales Leader in IBM’s third-party maintenance division
before a brief hiatus from the tech space to manage a local hospitality group, reigniting his passion for
the IT industry. Peters joined DHD in a consulting capacity in 2022. Peters expresses excitement about

According to Joe Kearns, founder and CEO, Peters’ experience is unparalleled in their space. With DHD’s
continued growth, Kearns emphasizes the need for seasoned leadership to elevate the company.
