Semtech sales increased 11 percent, the company said when it reported first quarter fiscal year 2017 earnings June 1. Arraignment on Plains oil spill criminal charges continued
The arraignment of Plains All American Pipeline and its employee involving criminal charges stemming from last year’s Refugio oil spill was continued until June 30.
