Semtech sells subsidiary Snowbush IP to Rambus
Semtech, a Camarillo-based manufacturer of semiconductors for the mobile phone industry, sold subsidiary Snowbush IP for $32.5 million to Sunnyvale-based Rambus, which develops memory systems for smartphones.
