Perfect Promotional signs large lease in Camarillo
Perfect Promotional Products, a company that customizes T-shirts, mugs and other promotional products for companies, has signed an 85,000-square-foot lease in the Mission Oaks Business Park in Camarillo.
The company signed a seven-year lease on the industrial space at 5217 Camino Ruiz valued at about $3.8 million, according to Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, which represented the landlord in the lease deal.
Perfect Promotional Products is a subsidiary of Magnet Group, one of the largest suppliers of promotional products in the U.S., with $80 million in sales last year, according to the brokerage firm. Perfect Promotional is expanding and will consolidate two locations in Oxnard into the new facility, Lee said.
