Australian firm using Yardi Systems software
Melbourne, Australia-based property investment and management firm DBR Property Services has adopted the Yardi Voyager property management software developed by Goleta-based Yardi Systems, Yardi announced on Jan. 4.
DBR, which manages and advises high net worth families in Australia, will also implement Yardi’s Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting software that is integrated with Yardi Voyager’s tenant lease data. The budgeting software reduces forecasting cycle times, Yardi said.
“Financial and accounts reporting plus remote access enabled by Voyager give DBR Property Services enhanced tools for meeting its asset management, investment and advisory obligations,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi.
