Edward J. Hogan, one of the last of the swashbuckling entrepreneurs who helped make air travel accessible to America’s growing middle class and turned Hawaii into a major tourist destination, died Dec. 7. He was 94 and a longtime resident of Westlake Village. Hogan was a New Jersey native and the son of Irish immigrants.…
