Teledyne buys Optimum Optical

Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies will acquire a Camarillo company called Optimum Optical Systems, Teledyne announced June 7. Optimum Optical makes custom lenses and optomechanical assemblies that are used primarily in tactical military imaging systems.
