Amgen reacquires rights to sell 3 drugs worldwide

Amgen reacquired all rights to sell three drugs worldwide on Dec. 14. The Thousand Oaks-based biotech giant said it reacquired the rights to Prolia, Vectibix and Xgeva in 48 ccountries from British pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. Amgen seeks European OK of biosimilar drug, partners with Merck on studies
