Wyatt Technology acquired for $1.3 billion
Santa Barbara-based Wyatt Technology has been acquired for $1.36 billion by Waters Corporation, a publicly traded analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing company, the two parties announced on Feb. 15. Dole plc sells off fresh vegetables division for $293M
In a continued effort to pay down its debt, Westlake Village-based Dole plc has sold off its fresh vegetables division to an affiliate of Fresh Express Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chiquita Holdings, for $293 million.
