National indices fell more 1 percent April 13 with tri-county stocks showing mixed performance, trending toward the downside. The biggest loser was Simi Valley-based data storage manufacturer Qualstar after announcing that it would seek to delist from Nasdaq. Shares fell 19.1 percent to close at $1.99.
